Most Chick-fil-A fans have their go-to orders, but what about those on the other side of the counter? We asked a few Los Angeles and Atlanta restaurant Team Members to share their top menu picks, as well as some insider tips for you to try on your next Chick-fil-A visit!
Getting a balanced meal as a vegetarian can be tough. You’re focused on fueling your body with the right mix of fruits, vegetables and grains as well as getting enough protein. And eating out can provide a particular challenge.
The Cobb Salad – it’s not only the most popular salad on Chick-fil-A’s salad menu, it is an American culinary icon. Created in the late 1930s at the Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant, the combination of lettuces, tomatoes, chicken breast, boiled eggs, bacon, avocado, blue cheese and chives is classically presented with the ingredients aligned in rows, ready for the diner to mix and enjoy.
Eating nutritious meals always seems easy until busy schedules get in the way. Your tummy is telling you to grab some food, and fast, but you’re heading to a board meeting, your kid’s soccer game or wherever life takes you. For someone trying to stave off starvation, getting the nutrition your body truly craves isn’t always easy.

To the dressings that made lettuce delectable, we pay tribute. Buttermilk Ranch, Spicy Dressing and Berry Balsamic Vinaigrette, you took our salads from a simple bowl of vegetables to a tasty bowl of deliciousness. Whether the Cobb, the Grilled Market, or just a salad on the side, you were the finishing touch. The high note. The sweet, spicy, creamy pinnacle. You really knew how to make things interesting, you saucy trio, you. And now, it's time for a new line of dressings to take your place in our salad bowls...and our hearts. Thanks for the memories, salad dressings. We'll never forget you.
As the cold weather slips away and warmer temperatures take its place, there's something energizing about springtime. Longer days, more sunshine, and the return of fresh vegetables make us want to move a little more and eat a little lighter. But lighter fare doesn't have to be boring. After listening to customers who wanted healthy options that didn't sacrifice flavor, Chick-fil-A revamped its salad lineup in 2013 and introduced the Grilled Market Salad, Cobb Salad, and the bygone Asian Salad to the menu. Three years later, just in time for spring, there's a new addition: the Spicy Southwest Salad.
