Since launching on June 1, the mobile app spent three days in the number one spot in the iTunes App Store, and since then, more than 5 million customers have jumped on the Chick-fil-A One bandwagon. But maybe you don’t do bandwagons. Maybe you need cold, hard facts before making up your mind. Today, Chick-fil-A® launches Chick-fil-A One TM – a mobile app that gives customers a new way to experience Chick-fil-A. The app is designed to give customers more choices to better meet their needs, including the ability to customize their meal, order and pay in advance and skip the line at the register, speeding up the process of waiting at the counter or drive-thru.
Since opening our first locally owned restaurant in Midtown Manhattan nearly three years ago, we’ve employed more than 1,000 New Yorkers, donated nearly 20,000 pounds of food to New York’s homeless population, given thousands in college scholarships to New York students, and served the millions of customers who have walked through our doors.
