Brandi Milloy never imagined she would one day be known for food.“I always thought that I’d be just like my dad, who was a pilot in the Army,” says Milloy, whose family moved all over the world with the U.S. Military during her childhood.But a journalism degree would set Milloy along a much different course – from investigative reporting and entertainment news early in her career and later to a dream job at the lifestyle publication POPSUGAR. “I just never imagined my passion for food, people and culture could be a profession,” says Milloy.
Don’t let the name intimidate you. “Frittata is just a fancy word for egg dish, and this one is so easy to make,” says Brandi Milloy, TV host and food reporter at POPSUGAR Food’s Eat the Trend. Milloy suggests making the recipe – which is baked in mini muffin tins -- on Sunday to save for the rest of the week or freeze for later. “When you’re ready to warm them up, just pop them in the oven or wrap them in a damp towel and heat them in the microwave,” she says.
